Jan 24, 2019 · Simply put, moonpod (dot) co was available for purchase, and moonpod (dot) com was not. This was a business decision the company made internally to select a domain that best represented the business. The company was incorporated in NY, and has nexus in NY and NJ (where we ship from.

I bought a Moonpod! It's awful!!! 2 years ago. It would not stay in a seated or reclining position. It just lays flat. It's a d%$# beanbag, period... tried to return it, but apparently I used the wrong email address...When I finally was directed to the correct email, I was told there would be a 20 PERCENT RESTOCK FEE! Plus the cost of shipping.

May 2, 2021 · Ordered a moonpod, once I paid, immediately got an email stating the order may be delayed because of Covid, (more like they don't have domestic inventory). Regardless, they promised it would ship within a week. 14 day later the order was still processing. Contacted customer support to ask the ETA.

Jan 24, 2019 · Si quelque chose comme ça vous intéresse toujours, je recommanderais le Yogibo Max - j'en ai un et il est génial, et à 260 $, il est moins cher que le Moonpod et en fait bien fait. (IIRC, je pense que Yogibo peut avoir des problèmes avec Moodpod, une sorte de cessation et d'abstention, mais je ne sais pas ce qui en est arrivé.)

Sep 7, 2021 · Yes I purchased Yogibo and at this moment have been looking into Moon Pod. I haven't tried Moon Pod before but after further research of the materials used my educated guess is the difference is marketing.

Jun 22, 2018 · Try honesty, and sell your MoonPod with a campaign built on honesty. And use that honesty to admit when you’re late, when deliveries will be delayed, and that you haven’t thought two steps ahead to actually come up with stretch goals before even launching your product (something highly irregular for a kickstarter campaign).
