To me, the culture started dying immediately when they did away with Geek Squad District Managers & turned those into an OPs / Geek Squad combo management position with much larger areas to mange.

Oct 10, 2021 · I've personally used Geek Squad protection they've either sent it out to Microsoft or just gave me store credit to purchase the exact same device/anything. Depending on the extent of the issue geek squad said it can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks when sent out.

Create the quick tag, start the check in, fill out the mission complete/downtime forum if you do those. Worse case scenario, you delete the draft. If you go over the appt time, and you have a line of waiting appts, be polite yet firm in telling the client you have other people with other appointments waiting, blah blah customer service ...
