The manufactured version of the Minim House is a further refined version of the original. The new Minim can be ordered as a trailer or foundation built structure, and has 265 ft2 of usable interior space.

About 95 sets of plans have shipped around the world, and builds are underway in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and across the U.S. Many more asked for completed houses, so Minim Homes partnered with Minim Built to deliver finished houses to customers.

After much research and testing, we are now offering completed Minim Homes for sale. Starting at $71K, this Minim House is slightly larger (265 ft2) than the original, and is modestly improved based on feedback from thousands of visitors.

If you’d like to build this house yourself, fully detailed Minim House plans+construction guide are available at the website below. Basic materials costs are around $31K, and the required SIPs panels can be made/shipped anywhere. Element Design+Build can also build a house for you. Prices range from $55-75K, depending on features and finish.
