Choi Min-ho (Korean: 최민호; Korean pronunciation: [tsʰø.min.ho]; born December 9, 1991), [1] known mononymously as Minho, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, rapper and actor. In May 2008, he debuted as a member of South Korean boy band Shinee which later became one of the best-selling Korean artists.

He graduated from Konkuk University Affiliated High School and later obtained a bachelor's and a master's degree, both in Film Acting and both from Konkuk University. Before debuting, he was a trainee at SM Academy Casting for 2 years.
