Michael Fanone (born September 3, 1980) is an American law enforcement analyst, author, and retired policeman. He worked for the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia from 2001 until his retirement in 2021.

The piano was Mike’s earliest instrument, which he began studying at 6 years old. Twenty years later, Mike continues to perform solo repertoire spanning Baroque to jazz and collaborating in chamber music with solo vocalists, strings, choirs, woodwinds, and brass.
