My microphone works on other sites (e.g. Google) in the same browser (tried with Chrome and Edge) and I confirmed microphone was granted to teams.microsoft.com. Originally I faced this issue on my laptop which running Win11 24H2 w/ Dec. update, while on my desktop which running 23H2 w/ Nov. update, it works fine.
