I have a broken MICOM-XF built in week 27, 1994. Seemingly it was hit by lightning before the previous owner gave it to me, and seemingly there is a dead diode in the output filter. The power supply (F2369) also has some burnt resistors and I have no schematics or service information.

Feb 15, 2012 · I have a Motorola Micom remote/mobile head XF HF. It's in Great Shape, works as it should, 2-30mhz, direct frequency entry, rated 125 watts out, digital squelch (squelch opens when a voice is detected.)

Feb 1, 2006 · I'm using a Motorola Micom-XF for general coverage receive and back-up to my TS830S for ham work. The XF covers 2-30 Mhz, 125 watts on ssb,scan, and ALE. The best feature on receive is the syllabic squelch.
