Michelle Jernigan was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1982. She maintained a commercial and family law practice until 1987 when she began her mediation career. Ms. Jernigan was one of the first mediators to became Florida Supreme Court certified in 1988.

May 3, 2021 · Michelle has poured her professionalism, thoughtfulness, diplomacy and grace back into the dispute resolution community through decades of training new mediators. She currently serves as an assistant trainer in the Florida Supreme Court’s Certified Circuit Civil Mediation Training Program.
