Jun 18, 2019 · In general, I have a very high opinion of Meopta optics. They are high quality and offer excellent value. My frustration with Meopta is that they don't seem to understand what features are needed/desired by American shooters and hunters. I believe this is what has held Meopta back from being a major player in the North American market.

In order of glass quality 1 Meopta hands down 2 DMR2 3 strike eagle 4 Arken ep5 5 Arken sh4 The DMR2 beat the strike eagle only because the eye box is slightly more forgiving, the strike eagle might have a little better clarity not by much.

Jan 9, 2025 · The biggest and 1st question is "When will you have a USA facility again" They closed Florida back in September and were supposed to open up here in the USA this past November and that did not happen. At the moment all service is through Meopta in the Czech Republic, which to say the least is not convenient.

Oct 31, 2005 · I own Nightforce nxs (2), Leupold vx3,vx5 and vx6, Meopta meopro, Sightron (2) and ZEISS hd5,v4 and v6. My favorite of all, my ZEISS v6. It's a 5-30x50 on a 7 saum. Good glass, tracks very well and nice low light performance. I've shot deer out to 530yds and steel out to 1500. Can't think of anything I'd complain about it.

Oct 27, 2010 · The Meopta replaced a gen 1 PST and there is no comparison, but if you used my old Simmons for a couple days you would love that PST. As in most cases just depends on your perspective, which is why I'm a little scared to look through a ZCO.
