Nov 30, 2011 · The Meijer syn does have a high virgin TBN, but we don't have anything on TBN retention. The moral of the story is that you should just pick an API SN oil and move on. I'll post a UOA of Meijer syn in a year or so, after three consecutive runs of it in the Focus.

Nov 23, 2011 · The Meijer we shop at is about a mile away from a Walmart. Yet the environment couldn’t be more opposite. It's gotten to the point that I rarely go to Walmart anymore. As far as oil and filters are concerned, Meijer carries as much as WM does. I just wait for sales and can get them cheaper than I could WM most of the time anyway.

Jul 5, 2010 · Meijer oil has been made by 2 different manufacturers.Some of the old stuff was recycled Sunoco garbage. It had a blue tint and smelled foul from previous burned hydrocarbons. Most of the recent stock is made by Citgo, the famous Chavez Venezuela commie crude which sells right next to the Meijer oils.

Jan 28, 2024 · I was shopping at my local Meijer last night and saw they had Meijer brand bone-in hams on sale for 0.79/lb. And 0.89/lb for the spiral cut version. Instead of $30 bucks per ham it cost less than $7 dollars for a big hunk of meat. It might be time to fill your freezer if you've got the space and mouths to feed.

May 23, 2015 · Overall, the Meijer store brand oils seem decent enough, although they do have a lighter add pack than the name brands do. The same is true of most store brand oils. For those who do 5k drains, and they are legion, this is a perfectly serviceable oil. Would the 0W-20 allow full MM limits runs in our newer Accord?

Feb 29, 2020 · Pretty sure that you can buy your 2020 sticker now. I believe the Meijer guy is correct. As you can see in post #2 our stickers from last year are valid until the end of the month. This is no different than buying the tabs for your car prior to when your current tab expires. L & O
