Mei Lin is an early pioneer of customer relationship management (CRM). She served as socio-technical lead for US Federal Health Futures Initiative 2011-2013, and is a current member of the WEF Precision Medicine and the Digital ASEAN (Association of South East Asian Nations) Cross Border Data Flows, Mobile Payments working groups.

She is the founding Chair of the California Health Medical Reserve Corps as a pioneer in the shift from healthcare of individuals to the health of a community. She specialises in working with people in communities to form learning networks, to visualise and voice and take action to make their dreams come true.

Mei Lin Fung founded the People Centered Internet chaired by Vint Cerf. She is the founding Unit Coordinator for the California Health Medical Reserve Corps. She started as an assembler programmer at Shell Australia and shifted to Operations Research, working on Shell’s 25 year $8 billion financial model for gas exploration on the NW Shelf.
