Feb 9, 2012 · That furnished washer that came with your UCB is too thick to be used with the furnished mec rubber washer in conjunction with the metal baffle. When you tighten the bottle, it binds the bar. Use the Brass washer that Mec furnished and you will eliminate the bind.
