Someone, who dress like those 14 year old's aesthetic with chains and rings and studs all over, the ones who can't sustain a conversation without proper communication skills, the ones who shame the ones who don't follow the rat race and the ones who have no individuality and do whatever others do are Chapris for me.

I see a chapri as a gateway to becoming a man, i.e, the next progression as a tapori I'd say most taporis were born into being a tapori due to lack of or poor parental support. A chapri is made similarly but my conclusion is they're tapori lite because they now have the internet to soften the transition into becoming a tapori.

now coming to the use of word "chapri", it has always been used in the same context as "tapori, hopeless,chuitya". like how americans say "hippies" to do shit tonnes of weed and dress weird. heck chapri is used to term people who used to eat gutka and dress garbage on tapris.
