When max tac showed up it was the most tense thing since my first playthrough. Level 17, 37 street cred, very hard. I got ncpd up to 4 stars then escaped by hiding. I got inside a weaponized ncpd vehicle. 2 stars. Start carpet bombing the ncpd with their own tank. Power tripping rapidly get up to 5 stars. Hear max tac is on the way.

Dec 31, 2020 · C-SWAT/Max-Tac don't overwhelm cyberpsychos by being "stronger cyberpsychos", they do it via numbers, planning, tactics, training, and execution. There are stats for C-SWAT and MAX-TAC in the book under the Lawman's Backup role ability, rank 8, and they are nothing like you describe.

I'd argue Max-Tac is on this level. In short, I'd say yeah. Max-Tac probably is that much stronger than the guys we fight in "Killing Moon"... But Militech definitely has guys on Max-Tac level or stronger. Those guys are probably flanking Meyers, rather than getting in the heat of things.
