The Maus, in my opinion, is an excellent tank, but unfortunately not much else think the same. Nov 3, 2017 · And the Maus' gun may be old but it was still the most capable 12.8cm gun of its time and could probably damage or destroy a modern tank if shot into its sides or rear. Of course a modern tank gun would go clean through an entire Maus, so the advantage is still there. Overall I would put Maus' as going 1-6/7 against something like a T-90.

May 30, 2017 · I think they used the T55 or T44 for the Tiger mock ups. The T 72 would have cost more. And you can tell which tank it was (T55/44) by the spacing of the front wheels. T 72 tanks didn't have the space gap after the front road wheels. T72. T55. Tiger Mock up. Also I think that for one movie they used an IS 2 tank chassis for the Tiger mock up.

The difference is missile silos don't need to move and battleships get to sit in water to displace weight. In the real world even with modern composite armor IF a tank the size of the maus were built it would take less development time to build a new missile to destroy it in a single hit than the time to develop the tank itself.

Feb 10, 2023 · The only way to find one is to go to dig sites. There are two of them that you can find. And if you sell them you will never find them again (unless you start a new game of course). On average you will find the Maus somewhere around your 60th dig. Some have claimed to have found a Maus around their 20th or 30th dig.

Jan 25, 2024 · Well if it remained in the tech tree we wouldn’t have these problems of spikes of try-hards and noobs using it for a 2-month span. Honestly the Maus is aight and was fine where it was at 7.7 should have stayed in the tech tree. Gaijin overreacted and removed the sucker.

What I've been wondering is, where exactly does it appear on the TT when it comes back? Does it appear after the Tiger II (at rank 5) or does it appear on the premium/event vehicle section?

Sep 13, 2022 · The maus is an incredibly powerful tank if you play your cards right. Yes a lot of heat does pen the maus but you still got a lot of crew in two separate compartments. And a good amount of heat rounds can’t even pen the maus if you know how to angle correctly.
