Multiple frequency-shift keying - Wikipedia
Multiple frequency-shift keying (MFSK) is a variation of frequency-shift keying (FSK) that uses more than two frequencies. MFSK is a form of M-ary orthogonal modulation, where each symbol consists of one element from an alphabet of orthogonal waveforms.
M-ary-FSK (MFSK), M-ary-PSK (MPSK) - WAVECOM
M-ary-FSK (MFSK), M-ary-PSK (MPSK) Modes on the HF bands utilize frequency or phase modulation of a sub-carrier, which then in turn modulates a carrier using suppressed carrier SSB keying, or by directly modulating a carrier.

Apr 29, 2024 · In Frequency Shift Keying (FSK), each symbol in the message signal gives a unique frequency to the carrier wave. There are two types of FSK, Binary and M-ary. In Binary FSK, logic 1 is associated with certain frequency of carrier wave e.g. 50MHz and logic 0 is associated with different frequency other than 50MHz e.g. 25MHz.

Nov 11, 2022 · The document compares M-ary PSK, FSK, and QAPSK modulation schemes. It finds that M-PSK has the lowest noise immunity while M-FSK has the highest. Bandwidth efficiency increases with M for M-PSK and M-QAPSK but decreases for M-FSK.
M-Ary Phase Shift Keying - an overview | ScienceDirect Topics
M-ary phase-shift keying (MPSK) is employed in some of the digital cellular standards and communication geostationary satellite systems. MPSK employs a set of M equal-energy signals to represent M equiprobable symbols. This constant energy restriction (i.e., the constant envelope constraint) warrants a circular constellation for the signal points.
MULTILEVEL (M-ARY) FREQUENCY SHIFT KEYING - GlobalSpec
Multilevel (M-ary) frequency shift keying (FSK) transmits a symbol than represents N= log 2 Mbits of information. An M-ary FSK signal keys the carrier frequency to one of M discrete frequencies during the symbol time T s for the representation of N …
M-ary frequency shift keying (FSK) is a power efficient modulation scheme whose efficiency improves as the number of frequencies employed (M) increases at the expense of additional complexity and smaller bandwidth efficiency.
In this paper we analyze various M-ary FSK modulation schemes using simulink model of MATLAB taking BER as measure of performance when the system is subjected to AWGN and fading channel. Based on these performances a
