Try optimizing the angle that you point the left joystick so you get as much momentum and still do an up air. This is something that just takes a lot of practice and I recommend using someone like jigglypuff since his horizontal air momentum is the best but wario is pretty close to jigglypuff so it’ll be pretty similar.
