Combined with the fact that Manamune gives AD equal to your mana, the adaptive stats you take and also the adaptive damage that conqueror gives, it makes pantheon pretty decent.

Manamune works very well with ability spam characters like Kai'sa. It is the same problem with lethality Caitlyn: lethality items deny armor but provide no crit chance which is the core mechanic of the champion.

Jan 21, 2021 · Personally I’ve found going manamune gets ride of all my mana problems and gives me a generous amount of ad especially once muramana is completed. I honestly don’t think Sivir has a mana problem anymore especially after the small mana buff we got last patch.
