I’m not sure if this has entered the argument, but I just realized today that the Druid body type is lore accurate. The case is simple. The Druids are literally an offshoot of the Barbarians. They moved away to bond with nature rather than purely focusing on direct physical combat.

Only body-builders, aka muscle-models, and superficial people seek the no-fat body. They don't have enough fat on them for their muscles to actually work. The male druid pulls this off fairly well despite the higher volume of visceral fat, an unhealthy level of it.
