Apr 20, 2017 · Personally, I have had the hardest time contacting this company. I've read a few not so nice posts on other sites regarding Madvapes and the SMOK Warranty Service. Its hard for me to just send in my mod somewhere and trust that I might get it back. If anyone has dealt with this can you please let me know. Any advice would be welcomed. Thank you.

Feb 26, 2017 · I bought a new Smok G-Priv about 1 week ago. Since the very first time I turned it on, my screen just turns white randomly. It still works but it will randomly go white. Usually when I go to turn it off it will do it.

Jul 12, 2017 · I have both the clone and a authentic MadVapes Deviate (60 watt max, .2 - 2.x (?) ohm range, single 18650 and I've had it almost 4 years, the DNA EVOLV 40 is even today sufficient for mtl vaping and not terrible at DTL. Honestly my clone has better fit and finish but the clones "DNA 40" chipset it claims is bs.

I have sent mods to them a few times They will send you a replacement but if they don't have then same model in stock they may ask to substitute. For instance I once sent a Smok A Priv and they and they emailed me and asked if they could substitute a Smok Morph mod.
