Feb 17, 2024 · Add old default wallpaper Hi, I have macos Ventura. In the system preferences i can change the desktop wallpaper so i added a custom folder with all my image. Subsequently i relize that also the default wallpaper of previous OS are nice. How can i add these old wallpaper to my folder? Because I cannot find them anywhere.

It works for some time sand then It gets stuck at some point and works as a static wallpaper. Wallpaper will randomly stop moving even in screen saver or just going to to the log screen.

However, the options for changing are limited to Continuously, Every 12 Hours, Every Day, Every 2 Days, Every Week, and Every Month.

I am guessing that all the choices are not actually on the system by default, thus the down-arrow-download icons on many. By the way, there is a /Library/Desktop Pictures folder as well. Nov 18, 2024 · Some of the Wallpaper images need to be downloaded first. Depending on the bandwidth on your connection it could take awhile. This is exactly what I experienced. For what it's worth I have no problem changing Wallpaper on my macOS 15.1 installation, None whatsoever. So trying to inflate this to every user having this problem is not logical.

Oct 5, 2024 · This happend right after Sequoia upgrade. The wallpaper flashes black periodically at random times. Open windows are not impacted, just the wallpaper. Activity Monitor shows a 'Wallpaper Image Extension' and I'm pretty sure the bug is related to that. If I do a force quit of that, the wallpaper flashes black again so it has to be related.
