Jan 12, 2023 · I finally found a workaround creating a shortcut onto the desktop that points onto ms-people:viewcontact: and that is all ! When I double-click onto the shortcut I now launch the People application, which is so much cumfortable.

With People on the taskbar, you can reach the people you talk to most from the taskbar on your Windows 10 device. By pinning your most-frequent contacts to the taskbar, you can send them an email or call or message them on Skype with just a few clicks.

Use the People App to organize, add, create, view, and edit contacts. To access the app, go to View more apps on the left side of Teams. Search for “people” or select it from the list of preinstalled apps. Pin it to your left navigation pane by right-clicking People, and then selecting Pin.
