Under playback, double-click your current audio device (the one with a green check on it) to open its properties. On its properties, the equalizer should be under enhancements.

How can I put mmsys.cpl on the task bar? I ask this so that I can switch audio without having to plow through Control Panel. Given that an always-driven method can't be found, a one-click script solution: [_] HDMI audio [_] Speakers. on the task bar or in the notification area would be ideal.
