Sep 10, 2020 · I have recently got hold of a Myford ML7 from 1974. Overall it seems in good order. It has a Brook "Gryphon" 1/2hp motor and a Dewhurst forward & reverse switch. The motor has been checked out and unfortunately, its dead. My main support in getting it sorted is very anti modern Chinese replacement motors.

I'm trying to wire up a motor for my Myford ML7. The motor itself is a Crompton Parkinson 1/3hp with resilient mount. I realise it is a bit too small for the job but it's what I have available at the moment untill I can get another.
