Jul 16, 2009 · mk3/passat tdi lump bolts right in either using the mk3 subframe and mounts + brackets, or swap on mk2 brackets. if you keep the tdi cable shift gearbox though you need corrado/passat or g60 brackets so it would be easier to drop it in on the mk3 subframe. you would still need corrado/passat front bracket though, unless you swap the front engien carrier for a corrado vr6, or high spec toledo ...

It cranks over but no spark. ive checked the fuses and relays an they seem to be fine the fule pump runs. ive also changed the coil pack leads plugs and still no luck... could they be a fault with the factory immobiliser?? need help asap as the engines going in to a mk2 golf soon. cheers mark.

Mar 5, 2016 · For all the MK3 HVAC stuff I have and harness, I looked at the MK3 FCM since I have one here from a parts 98 Jetta TDI. Just to see how easy to obtain like the MK4 (which was same ordeal). You can find aftermarket ones betwen $40-150, and an OEM for $250-300 new online and at local FLAPS.

Nov 8, 2013 · Handy if using a mk3/4 golf starter it'll then plug in no need to splice the end to the old wire. MK3 Golf starter motor wire already fits the MK4 starter so no worries. For CE1 cars you'll need to change the starter end to suit, a 'standard timer' pin is used in the mk3/4 plug if you can depin or splice. can be tricky though due to wire gauge. 4

Jun 8, 2006 · I've managed to get hold of a MK3 8v GTi fuel tank and in-tank pump to replace/update it, plus filter for under the car and the fuel lines up to engine bay. (future 20vt engine conversion planned, as MK3 VR6/MK4(?) pump fits inside the MK3 tank). Fuel line connections have been covered, my question is regarding the pump wiring and relay.
