Sep 20, 2024 · MG has extended its Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) program to the Comet EV and ZS EV models. It lowers the cost of acquisition as the battery pack is offered on a subscription basis. Under the BaaS program, the Comet EV is available at a starting price of Rs 4.99 lakh. Additionally, customers are charged Rs 2.5/km as battery rental.
