The MG ZR is an MG branded "hot hatch" version of the Rover 25 supermini class car, produced by MG Rover at their Longbridge plant in Birmingham from 2001 to 2005. Compared to the Rover 25, the ZR featured a number of styling modifications and performance enhancements, such as updated sports suspension and a less baffled exhaust.

Mar 29, 2010 · The V6 has been done before but it's a lot of effort and the gain isn't as much as if you go down more conventional routes such as a T-series turbo conversion or a 1.8VVC conversion (which is a much lighter engine than the V6).

Aug 9, 2008 · With enough money and patience most conversions are possible, but what has actually been tried and tested on the ZR? In particular im wondering if the 4.6 V8 from the 75 would fit in the ZR, or if its ever been done.
