Nov 18, 2012 · The M8A1 Assault Rifle is a unique burst fire weapon in Call of Duty Black Ops 2 as it shoots 4 bullets per burst. However, it has very low damage so only if you get all 4 bullets on target will you get a one burst kill (unless you get a headshot for one of the bullets).

Jul 12, 2013 · The M8A1 is a 5 shot (2 burst) kill at any range. That said of course, the SWAT does have higher damage and slower fire rate, which probably lessens the likelihood of missing shots and increases the likelihood of connecting shots getting the kill.

Jan 17, 2014 · It's hard to play aggressive with the M8A1. I use a silencer and try to flank enemies. The ACOG works good with it if you want some extra range.
