And i also read beside cloning m35, china also cloning japanese m30/32 and it's still used until 1990's. I wonder if this also happened with the ex-m35. Nov 12, 2020 · I was recently asked to replicate a German M35 in PLA service during the Korean War. Originals would have been part of the 220,000 German M35s ordered by the Chinese Nationalist government. After the Chinese Civil War, as the PLA tried to rebuild their forces there was a helmet shortage.

Mar 9, 2022 · Looks like a reissued M35. The helmet has a zinc liner with rounded chinstrap bales of the type used starting early 1940. This would be well after the Germans stopped supplying the Chinese with helmets. It doesn't make sense that this type of helmet would have found its way to Nationalist Chinese forces.

Oct 19, 2024 · Resized German Stahlhelm from WW2, fitted for the dummy 13 model. Print at 0.1mm layer height with tree supports and if your bed adhesion isn't great the use a brim around 2-5mm. Printed from pla but Petg also works. The author remixed this model. resized and modified to fit the dummy 13 head.

Apr 19, 2023 · Hello, I recently stumbled across a WW2 Chinese M35 helmet and I'm having a difficult time determining if it's real, It definitely shows age but not sure if it has been re-painted or if this was the original paint due to the markings showing.

Jun 16, 2004 · Not shown in these shots, but in the specforces shots they use exactly the same mounting points as the US helmets. The only thing that is different is the internal lining (although some have a slightly different muff shape)
