May 11, 2018 · I'm having same issue with my LMTV. I can hear the pump pumping but it will not raise. The manual pump will not raise it either. I unbolted the 15/16 nut for the cab lock thinking the cab lock was stuck but it still will not raise. Any suggestions? is there a way to test the pump?

Dec 30, 2015 · Found that the check balls in the cab cylinder was sticking. Removed and discarded. The only reason they are there is in case a hose breaks so the cab locks in the up position. It apparently has to have some residual pressure …
