Jul 27, 2013 · Some SR1 magnetos have a double set of 4 screw holes in the body bottom. Compared to what we need, the second set is moved 7/16" towards the sprocket side. So different mounting situations certainly existed.

Reconditioned Lucas SR1 magneto. These are not the impulse version of the magneto and so are best only used on P5 engines with the dynastart unless you have “the knack”. R3 engines will be fine on these non-impulse magnetos.
