Luca Balsa was considered friendly and trustworthy by most people, yet no one knows where he came from or has seen his family. He's well-educated, prideful, and is tremendously curious about science. To no one's surprise, he became the assistant of the most renowned inventor in town.

Luca Balsa, or the Prisoner, is one of 45 Survivors currently featured in Identity V . The Prisoner is a decoding character. The Prisoner's item allows him to view and connect ciphers from around the map. By connecting ciphers, he can share decoding progress between the two ciphers.

Inventor Luca Balsa was known to the public as a kind and pleasant person who easily trusted other people. He was born to an unknown family in an uncertain situation.
