I’ve never seen a track truck lifted. Lowering a vehicle lowers the center of gravity and if done correctly improves the handling drastically. For a long time I had a lowered K5 blazer and a lifted one. There was about 3’ of difference between both. They were both super fun. The lowered one towed fantastic and handled awesome.

Jan 4, 2023 · Good truck. Previous owner lowered it about 5-6 in the back and 4 in the front. She road really nice. The 5 speed 2.2 l was great on gas and no way for me to get a ticket if I tried. I used to get a lot of comments from lifted trucks with enormous mud tires about my cute little truck.

Feb 23, 2023 · I can’t never find a good dash in these year models. When I got my current s10 (pic of it in my profile) the latch was hanging on by a thread. Had to reweld it back. Pins everything was gone. The previous owner was driving around with a ratchet strap holding it shut lol. Love the dimes tho. You got a clean one.

Apr 30, 2024 · When I bought coils for my 97, I initially received 3" drop coils for a 4 cylinder, but my truck was a 4.3, and it basically bottomed out on the bump stops, with over 4" of drop. Had to go back and forth with the seller a couple times to get the right springs, finally settled on a set of 2" springs that were the correct rate for my truck.
