Jun 11, 2018 · In my practice dental implants are always preferred over fixed bridges assuming the patient is a good candidate for them. For the lower front teeth we will typically recommend 2 implants and a four unit bridge to fit over them as opposed to four individual implants. Xrays and an exam would be needed to confirm this with certainty. Good luck.
