I currently have a bmi of 24 (5'6', 152 lbs) putting me on the verge of being overweight. My goal weight atm is 125-130 lbs, though my ugw is about 115 lbs, putting me on the smaller end of healthy. Anyone else want to be on the lower end of the bmi scale?

I started out with a lot to lose (I'm now down 70+ lbs and currently working on the last few lbs). But I think my current situation is similar to ypurs. When you've got relatively little to lose and you're already at or close to a normal BMI, you're better off choosing a slower rate of loss.

I find that the 7 point caliper test gives me a lower BMI than what I have to do for work. The Army/Navy body fat test uses a tape measure and measures the neck and waist for men and the neck, waist, and hips for women. Have you tried both? Which is more accurate. I know the water density test is the most accurate but also expensive.
