I am using USMT 4.0 to accomplish this, however according to the documentation Lotus Notes 6.x isn't supported for 4.0 only 8.x. I have run some tests with scanstate /i:MigDocs.xml /i:MigApp.xml.

I have found that sometimes disabled users can get into OWA, so they still may be able to get at their voice mail. I think best practices, espcially for a termianted user is to change their password, disable their account and then set log-on hours to deny (In Active Directory, under Account Tab, Logon hours --change to denied).
