Mar 17, 2019 · Fairly sure that faint is a working title that stuck with the song before the lyrics were finalized. There's a faint demo off a LPU CD where the lyrics are completely different, and not about being ignored. What makes the most sense to me is that the song reffers to the verb, because of the high BPM (it's so fast that you will faint kind of thing).

I have to say that during the post Minutes to Midnight touring when they ended their encore with Faint, Chester’s performances seem to compound with energy throughout the set (which made for some great Bleed It Out audience participation bridges) culminating in an emotional/energetic overdrive seen here.

English is not my native language and I was 9 when I searched for the lyrics, so it kinda made sense because the song's title is Faint and I always heard "I can't faint the way I did before", after I checked up and saw that it was feel it obviously made more sense but then I spent a long time with a big "wtf?"
