Lin Bin (born 1961) is a Chinese-American billionaire entrepreneur, co-founder and vice chairman of Xiaomi. [1] Lin studied Electrical Engineering graduating from the radio electronics department of the Sun Yat-sen University. Later he received a master of science in Computer Engineering from Drexel University. [1] [2]

Dr. Bin Ling is a Professor of Law at Peking University Law School. He received his Bachelor of Laws (2000) and Ph.D. in Laws (2005) from Peking University Law School. He then pursued advanced legal studies at Yale Law School, where he earned his Master of Laws (LL.M., 2006) and Doctor of the Science of Law (J.S.D., 2024).
