Lim Guan Eng (Chinese: 林冠英; pinyin: Lín Guānyīng; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Lîm Koàn-eng; born 8 December 1960) is a Malaysian politician and accountant who served as the Minister of Finance of Malaysia from 2018 to 2020.

Lim Siong Guan, DUNU (First Class) (Chinese: 林祥源; pinyin: Lín Xiángyuán, born 1947) is currently advisor to the group executive committee of GIC, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund. He was group president of GIC from 2007 until his retirement at the end of 2016.

Lim Guan Eng is the fourth and current Chief Minister of Penang. A seasoned politician, he also serves as the Secretary-General of the Malaysian Democratic Action Party (DAP). He is a qualified professional accountant with a background in economics.
