After speaking with Cindy @ Les Baer, these are factory weights they ship with and reccomend for their GOV and CDR 9MM pistols. They use and reccomend wolff she said. Jan 31, 2010 · I have some experience with Les Baer pistols over several years (probably 5-10K rounds through them), which have been fantastic in the accuracy department and very good in the reliability department. I have lots of great experience with Baer's AR-15s, but that's a different story. Reliability in a pistol, for me, is the be-all-end-all.

Jun 19, 2011 · Les Baer is the best bang for the buck, but I ususally replace their thumb safeties with Ed Browns and their rear sights with either Heinie or 10-8. I much prefer Ed Brown thumb and grip safeties and feel they're second on my list.

Jul 16, 2022 · Being a 1911 fanatic, Les Baer makes an insanely nice gun for the price. Dan Wesson also makes a nice gun but its nowhere close to a baer (ive owned several of both). That being said, Lea Baer's customer service SUCKS ASS while DW will do everything possible to make you happy.
