Lancaster Area Sewer Authority (LASA) Earns Safety Award The Lancaster Area Sewer Authority (LASA) was recently honored by the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association (PWEA) for its outstanding safety program.

The LASA Board is a voluntary group with each member appointed by the municipality they represent. The Board is the governing body of the Authority. They are empowered to adopt resolutions, establish policy, and set rates to ensure the financial integrity of the Authority.
