The park consists of a new playground, nature trails, horseshoe pits, softball field, sand volleyball court, covered pavilions, a covered amphitheater, charcoal grills, and a new County Disc Golf Course.

Located approximately five miles West of Lapeer on Pero Lake Road. The Wetlands Water play area is open daily 11 am to 6 pm. Torzewski County Park located on 69 acres on beautiful Lake Pero.

The City of Lapeer Parks, Recreation & Cemetery department also oversees the Train Depot, Water Tower Travel Trailer Park, and the Lapeer Community Center (which houses the Parks & Recreation offices and staff members).

Jun 15, 2021 · Water play area at Torzewski Park opens Saturday June 19, 11am-6pm. As we are still trying to fill open positions, Torzewksi Park will be open in June on the 19th, 20th, 24th-27th. For July, we will be open July 1-4 and July 8-10.

Relaxing trails through the woods, fishing in the adjacent Pero Lake will surely make the adult visitors with you delighted. The children and teenagers would love all their time in the water park where they can have immense fun enjoying the crystal-clear pool.

Great out in the boondocks parks with disc golf course, sand volleyball courts, playground, 2 water slides, & 2 pools w/ splash area's, bath house, consessions..plenty of benches and shade tree spots, pavilions, all off of Pero Lake with shore fishing.

The park is mostly wooded (60 acres), and consists of a 3-acre sledding hill, 1 mile of nature trails, picnic pavilions, a renovated historic mill, a small water park with two large water slides, a three-season historic hall for activities, sand volleyball, horseshoe pits, and two new playgrounds.
