Sep 10, 2020 · Lafa is a common street flatbread that is usually served with Shwarma or other grilled meats. Put the flour in a bowl. Add the yeast and sugar and mix. Starting adding the water and mixing. The dough should be elastic, a bit sticky but firm. After kneading for 2 minutes, add the salt and knead for 3 more minutes. Cover for 30 minutes.
