Being an international knowledge and research centre for the fruit juice industry, Labojuice is specialized in tackling such issues. We do our own research, collect relevant data from all over the world, interpret the facts and advise our clients.

The Labojuice laboratory is equipped for an optimal follow up of the juice conditions and safety. We use internationally standardized microbiological research methods to identify and quantify microorganisms such as yeasts, moulds and bacteria.
