Crema Mexicana is the most popular and versatile type of Mexican cream. It is a rich, heavy fresh cream with a thinner, more fluid consistency and slightly sweeter taste profile than conventional sour cream.

Quesadilla Cheese is a semi-soft, creamy cheese from Northern Mexico with a mild flavor similar to Monterey Jack. It’s a versatile melting cheese that pairs well with traditional ingredients as well as creative flavor combinations.

Queso Fresco – “fresh cheese” – is made from pasteurized cow’s milk. It is a crumbling cheese similar to feta, goat cheese or blue cheese.

This cheese is named after the state of Oaxaca in southern Mexico. It is a semi-soft, white cheese made from whole cow’s milk. The cheese curds are stretched, formed into long ropes, and then gently wound into balls.
