Just how good are the rifles built by LRB?? - M14 Forum
Aug 7, 2013 · Goes well with the other two. Shot Across the Course-XC, several years ago with SAI's and they worked fine, but the LRB is a cut above and having some time behind the real M14's, the LRB is about as close as you can get as a civilian. No more matches for me and only shoot it on a casual basis and accuracy is very good and never a glitch.
Why Are LRB Receivers So Good? - M14 Forum
Aug 31, 2024 · LRB's are the only ones that are actually machined from hammer forgings. Bula receivers are press forged. SEI's were machined from bar-stock. LRB's require the least amount of work for bedding since the machining is so smooth and all the edges on the receiver legs are already de-burred and polished.
LRB Arms vs. Fulton Armory M14/M1A receivers
Aug 15, 2020 · Yes they are both excellent M14 receivers, but because the LRB is a forged it gets my vote. Another way to look at it is that the Fulton is half the price, so if money is a factor your best option is the Fulton. They go on sale from time to time, with the ten percent off they come in at approximately $500-550, thats a good price on a good receiver!
LRB M14 vs. M25? Which and why? - M14 Forum
Nov 30, 2011 · So far, I think I'll go with an LRB M25, but would like to hear from the gang why some have chosen an M14 instead. I am aware that the M25 is better suited for scopes. Its my intent to keep the old Armscorp for iron sights/red dot and the newer LRB for an eventual scope. Gotta wait on a scope, though. In short, why are the downsides to an M25?

Choosing a rifle: LRB M25 or Bula M21? - M14 Forum
Jun 18, 2021 · So I’m planning to build a DMR rifle and this is my first venture with the M14/M1A other than a sketchy Polytech about 10 years ago. The ultimate end goal is an 18-19” action in a Sage EBR to bang steel at a distance. I’m looking two right now and plan to grab a rifle probably in two weeks. First is getting a complete LRB M25 action.
My LRB M14NM tonyben Build - M14 Forum
Aug 5, 2024 · Tony's workmanship and attention to detail is one reason I own a half dozen of his rifles and he currently has a M-14 "Super DMR" in the works. It's a rear lugged M25 LRB Arms Receiver mated to a green M2A McMillan stock and a Heavy Weight Bartlein M-14 barrel with a 11.25" 5R Stainless barrel. It should be, well, just "Super". Wes
LRB M14 | M14 Forum
Apr 28, 2022 · However I wanted something as close to an original M14 as I could get after a ton of research LRB came out on top. I know their are other 308 battle rifles out there that may be better then the M14 like the HK91 or FAL but originals are expensive very expensive on gun broker I like the M14 cleaning can be a pain but I have the sadlak drills for ...
Reclaimed Bolt for LRB M14 Classic Build?
Feb 22, 2022 · I've been on the list for over a year now to have LRB build me their "Classic" M14 model, which is the "as-issued" Vietnam era M14. Due to issues related to the pandemic, they've been unable to produce new bolts for quite some time now and thus my build has been delayed. Anyway, they said if I...
