Red Captain or Lead the Charge is a must for just about any instance/raid. They provide the support (buffs) which are required to clear the raid bosses, but apart from that, they can help out with decent DPS as well.

The effects of many of these skills are improved in various ways by your choice of specialization and how you spend your trait points. Some skills may also be replaced by an improved version of the same skill as you increase in level.

Yellow captain or Leader of Men is one of the best tanks in LOTRO, as they have pretty good survival and offer some of the best group utility when compared to other tanks.
