The LD&ECR class C (LNER Class G3) was a class of 0-4-4T steam locomotives of the Lancashire, Derbyshire and East Coast Railway. Six were built in 1897–98. [1]

The G3 (GCR Class C) 0-4-4T Locomotives These six locomotives were designed for the Lancashire Derbyshire & East Coast Railway (LD&ECR) by Kitsons of Leeds, and were built between 1897 and 1898.

The H&BR Class G3 (LNER Class J75) was a class of 0-6-0 T steam locomotives of the Hull and Barnsley Railway (H&BR). [1] The H&BR became part of the North Eastern Railway (NER) in 1922 and the NER became part of the London and North Eastern Railway (LNER) in 1923.

Six Class G3 0-6-0T (LNER J75) locomotives were built in 1901, a further ten being built in 1908, all were withdrawn by 1939 apart from LNER No. 8256 which survived until 1949.

The Great Northern Railway Class H2 and H3 (classified K1 and K2 by the LNER) was a class of 2-6-0 steam locomotive designed for mixed-traffic work. The class was created as a locomotive which could haul heavier goods trains at speeds of up to 40 mph.

The M.Stirling J75 (H&BR Class G3) 0-6-0 Tank Engines These Hull & Barnsley (H&BR) shunting locomotives were based on Matthew Stirling 's earlier J80 (H&BR Class G2) locomotives. The main difference were the wheels which were 6in smaller. The boiler was also lower pitched.
