Feb 5, 2025 · I bought a factory LMT SBR with the 10.5 inch barreled upper receiver and it has a 3.3 oz buffer. That seems a bit light but I have not had an opportunity to shoot it yet, and I curious what everyone else is running. I figured this question been beat to death but I didn't find anything specific 10.5 INCH LMT data. Thanks,

Apr 22, 2009 · I have 6933's and they run period. I have LMT factory 10.5 sbr sitting at my dealer awaiting form 4 approval. Factory LMT SBR's are available you just need to look. G&R Tactical has them every so often but they go quick. I dont think you could go wrong with either an factory lmt 10.5 or the colt. I prefer a factory sbr

May 4, 2007 · LMT's port runs around 0.071 on the 10.5's as the upper was designed to run with a can. The difference in port size means that the LMT should NOT need heavy buffers when running without a can. I have had to open up an LMT gas port to 0.076" to make it run wimpy ammo reliably without a can.

Nov 30, 2007 · There was an LMT on gunbroker that was listed as an SBR and they said it was registered Multi. FYI, not that any one cares but it was a sweet set up with a bunch of barrels, mags, Eotech and some other stuff for like 3,500

Jan 22, 2019 · Personally wanted something that was a bit more "idiot" proof that didn't require any adjustments, which is why I settled on the LMT Enhanced carrier. Actually spoke to an individual that worked with the design team at LMT and he mentioned that the Enhanced Carrier today is capable of being used in 10.3-16" carbine length systems.

Apr 25, 2020 · My DD SBR has an 11.5" barrel, I installed a DDM4 10" hand guard and it is essentially a longer MK18 sans the RIS II rail. LMTs are just plain tanks, there is no other way to explain. You have a very ridged upper with the MRP and the barrel changes are very easy.

Jun 23, 2008 · New SBR first trip to range. LMT 10.5" w/ LMT Bold Carrier (BCM enhanced extractor kit), Noveske lower, Del-Ton lower parts kit and H Buffer. All Mags C-Products and previously well used and proven reliable. I had two problem during range trip that occured that I was hoping the board could help me diagnose and guide me to correction.
