Feb 6, 2022 · It’s a good piston system now. If you want a piston rifle LMT’s offerings are probably up there as one of the better choices. That being said I don’t see the benefit with the exception of maybe suppressed use. You’re adding weight, recoil and complexity to a design that, as far as most are concerned, doesn’t need it.
